About:Year of the Dragon

Hello, I am an wood dog and am currently dating someone who is a earth dragon. Will it work out?

We have so many things in common that I can't imagine not having him as my life long partner. However, I do believe in the Chinese horoscope and am doubting whether it could work in the long run. Any pre warnings i should be thinking about? Thank you :)
