What is the average temperature in the City of Harbin?

How long does the ice last in the sculptures? What is the average temperature in the area during the sculptures and after? How long does it take to melt the sculptures?

It lasts for about three monthes from late Dec. to early March.
The average temperature is around -20C to -10C at that time. The sculptures will be removed before all the sculptures melted.
