Going Taipei from 28May - 4June 2013, going hualian and other parts of taiwan 5June - 11 June

Hi, will this season be raining really heavily?? Will it affect the sight seeing plan?

It will not rain heavily, but the rain is more than usual
Typhoon will occur sometimes, but it will not affect your sightseeing.
