About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

do i need/where to get/and how to get a chinese visa?

im from the philippines, and im traveling to xiamen for 3 days.

Yes, you need L type one for your visit in Xiamen. And you can go to the Chinese embassy in Philippines to apply for it.
