Can go to the Stone Forest by train? Kunming Train Station ? How much for train ticket?

Well, yes. Four trains are scheduled each day. At the local main Railway Station, you can take a train to Shilin. Upon your arrival there, you can take a taxi to the scenic area directly then.
The train ticket fare is CNY18.5 for a hard seat.

I traveled by the frequent buses from East Bus Station, which is convenient than the trains. The bus will start once the when all the seats have passengers.

Hi. May I know how far it is or how much time it takes by bus to the site from the East Bus Station? And how much is the fare per pax? At which stop should I get off? Thks.

Hi, it is around 80km between the bus station to the destination. By bus, it may take arounda.5h or a little longer. And the bus fare shall be CNY28 per person. You need to get off at the stop of the scenic area.
