harbin in summer

Is there a lot to do in Harbin in the summer? thinking about taking the train from Dalian to the city for 3 days. possible itinerary?

The major attractions in summer are Central Street, Harbin Polarland, St. Sophia Church, Siberian Tiger Park, Temple of Bliss, Songhua River and Zhaolin Park.
