Which bus should I take from Guangzhou's mtr station to get to Aloft Nanhai Foshan?

I'd like to get to Aloft Nanhai (Bo'ai East Road) from Guangzhou downtown from a mtr station?
Where can I check the bus route and pricing?

From Guangzhou downtown area, you can take Guang-fo Line to reach Zumiao Station. Get out of the station, you can ask the local people to find the bus K5. You take this bus to reach Shishan Government Station. Get off the bus and then walk to reach your hotel.
The bus fare is around 3 RMB.
The subway fare depends on where do you start your journey in Guangzhou city, so it is hard to tell an exact one.

Where can I find more info on bus K5?
Am I right if I say the bus K5 departs from Pujun Beliu mtr station? Would it be better to get on there?
How far is the hotel from the get off station (Shishan Government Station) ?

Yes, you are right.
K5 starts from the Pujun Beilu MTR Station, so it will be better to get on at that station.
From the getting-off station, there is about 200m to reach your hotel.

Hi, the Shishan Government Station (Shishan Zhengfu Station) is the 13th stop by bus no. K5. But I'm afraid the station may not be marked in English. Anyway, just ask the local people to find the bus station, It is relatively easy.

To Shenzhen, there are frequent buses on schedule at FS Bus Station. There is no a certain bus number. Just buy the ticket at the bus station and tell them your destination. The bus fare is CNY80-108.
