Getting a visa for my wife?

Hi, if your wife now hold L, she can apply for extension at Changzhou PSB, documents needed are as follows:
1. Passport with current L
2. Registration Form of Temporary Residence
3. Visa/Residence Permit Application Form
4. A recent 2-inch photo with white or light blue background
5. Your Resident Permit
6. Marriage certificate

HeHello.... I´m Rony’s wife.

I have a question, we got married in Guatemala, but there´s no Chinese embassy in Guatemala.

The certificate I need to present to the PSB needs to be notarized or not???

I went to the PSB of Changzhou (the city we live in) and they told us it needed to be notarized.... how can we do it.... When we sent out paper work to get the visa we sent an original certificate from Guatemala and they just gave me an L.

We are here and we would have a lot of trouble to go back to Guatemala and get a new certificate and then travel to Costa Rica (because it is really far away from Guatemala).

What can we do??? Can you give us any suggestions.... we have an original certificate from Guatemala but it doesn´t have the stamp from a Chinese Embassy so they won’t take it in.
