the reason why it sais in the tracking sistem NULL

Hello, I had some goods ordered. The tracking Number is RA679597601CN, but for some reason it sais in the tracking sistem NULL. What does that mean?

RA679597601CN 2013 NULL VNO LT 20130410 0000
