About:Kunming Travel

Hi, there. I planning to go Kunming, Da li & Li Jiang, Any recommendation for Home stay / Budgehotel

Should i go Da li first then only go Li jiang? Which way is better cause i will need to go back KM to take flight back . Any transportation recommend to go Da li & Li Jiang. Would appreciate you could email the detail to me.

You can take the trains for Dali first and then from Dali North Bus Station, you can find the frequent buses to reach Lijiang.
From Lijiang, you can find buses going back to KM, so please do not worry about it.

Thanks for your reply. How much is the train from KM to Dali ? How long it is take to go Dali? How & Where should i buy Train's ticket ?Any recommendation of the budget hotel or home stay at Dali and Li Jiang?

Go to Dali before Lijiang (the two are easily connected by bus anyway).
In Dali, highly recommend the hostel LILLYPAD. Greatest place possible. From bus station downtown, your tuktuk should be able to bring you there. If full, the Australian hostel next door is also great value. But Lillypad is special.
