I am going to stay at Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Tian He lu, how to go to Tianzi Wharf?

The hotel is nearby Yuexiu Park, therefore you can go to Yuexiu Park to take bus 101. Get off at Xingzhiguang Electronic Market, then walk about 200m to Tianzi Wharf.
