About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Does a laptop count for the 1 hand luggage on Intra China flights? May I also bring a diaperbag/purse

As far as I know, the laptop is not counted in the handbag in generaly, so you can take another handbag. However, different airlines have different rules, it is suggested to ask the airline company to confirm.
