About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands
I am a Dutch citizen and I want to migrate to settle in China. What paper-work do I need?

Do you mean live permanently? if yes, you may refer to information here: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/permanent-residence-permit.htm
But if you mean to work over there, the Work Permit and invitation letter are required for Z visa application.
