Dear Embassy !I am Ronny in a Municipality in Sweden that have a partnership with Wuhan since 2000So I have been a lot of times in my workI will go as a tourist to Beijing over a weekend soonIn my trip a Ukraine citizens will join meDoes he need a formal invitation even if we both are just this time tourist in Beijing ?And if we both are Tourists who should Invite ?Kind RegardsRonny

Hi dear, this site is not the officail website of Chinese embassy, but a travel agency instead. For your enquiry, I have checked and found that your partner needs an invitation letter from a travel agency if visit as a tourist.

You mean flight ticket? confirmation letter for tour package should be better.  If possible, you can try to confirm this with the embassy direclty.
