residence permit application
I had a resident permit for 3 years which expired in march 2012 while I was back in Europe; I went back to China in March 2013 on a business F issued in london and while there I had to start all over again for my resident permit ; I had a new medical check etc.... ; the company I work for made all the right applications to get the documents but unfortunately they arrived after I came back to Europe. My question is: can I obtain here in London, when all documents will be arriving via registered delivery, the resident permit or Must I personally be back to get it? If so I have to apply again for a temporary visa and while there get the resident permit? Is a time limit to do so? I actually think I do not need to be in China until next November, so it would be great if I can have here in london the resident permit for 3 years.Otherwise could I send the passport and ask the employer to get it stamped there with the resident permit and post it back to me so that I have it ready for my next work visit there?
