Any place I can buy a Z card in Binjiang

Hi, you can get a Z card at the bike rental service center in this area. I know three such service centers in Binjiang District:
1. West of Binjiang District Government: 100m away from Danfeng Road South, Taian Road;
2. Venture Capital Investment Service Center (Chuangtou Service Center) at Jiangnan Avenue;
3. No. 22, North Changjiang Road.

Thanks for the reply! the nearest to me is the District Office in Taian Rd, Would you know where exactly in the Government Office is the Smart Card seller located?

It is in the south section of Danfeng Road, Taian Road. Anyway, if it is hard for you to find, you can walk along Jiangnan Avenue, on which you can find a bike rental service center easily. Besides asking the local people about the directions for either of the spots, you can also take a taxi to reach the nearest one exactly.
