Hi, by MTR to reach there, here is my suggestion:
take Airport Express Train to Tsing Yi Station, where transfer to Tung Chung Line to Lai King Station. Then at this station, you can take Tsuen Wan Line to Prince Edward MTR Station, where you can transfer to Kwun Tong Line and get off at Kowloon Tong Station. Then take East Rail Line to Shatin Station, from where you can easily walk to your hotel. But the whole travel journey is too complex.

I have two better ways for you:
1. The hotel provides the airport pick-up service. You can reserve that in advance and can be received timely to reach the hotel directly. The shuttle bus costs 140HKD per person.
2. Take airport shuttle bus no. A41, which can take you to your hotel directly.

The best, most efficient way to get to Royal Plaza hotel is to take the Airport express train to kowloon then take the free airport shuttle bus to Royal Plaza Hotel.
