Hi, bus no. E11 or A11 is available. Take either one them and you can get off at ne House, Connaught Road Central. Then walk to HK station. Bus no. E11 costs HKD21 per person and bus no. A11 costs HKD40 per person.
Don't worry! As long as your luggage is not too large, you can take that onboard.

Hi, if you wanna take the free shuttle bus to your hotel, Airport Express Train is most recommended. By taking the Express Train to HK Station, you are allowed to take the free shuttle bus, showing your proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket (Single Journey, Same Day Return, Round Trip, Airport Express Travel Pass), Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.

Thanks again Ella for the valuable information, We will opt to take the airport express train since is faster than bus. Please be patient with me, I have a couple of questions more. 1) How can I get to Victoria Peak from Ocean Park, what bus number should we take and where should we alight. 2) I booked our disney tour online but I'm not sure if that includes pick up and drop off to our Hotel (I will verify this one). Anyway we're staying at cosmopolitan hotel, how should we get into disneyland and how much will it cost us. Thanks this will be my last question promise. :)

From the Ocean Park, you can take bus 629 to reach Central and then you can easily find the Peak Tram on Garden Road. If you cannot find the directions, you can ask local people for help.
For booking the tour, do you book the tour on the official website of the Disneyland or book the tour from a local tour agency?
If you book it through an agency, I suggest you to ask the agency directly.
If you book the tour from Disneyland website, as far as I know, they do not provide the pick up service from your hotel. You need to go to the attraction on your own. From your hotel, you can easily reach Wan Chai where you can easily take the Island Line to reach Central Station and then walk to Hong Kong Station to take Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay. There you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to reach the attraction easily.
Hope these information is useful for you.
