we will be staying at L'Causeway bay hotel, please advise me,

1. how to get ladies market,
2. what is the shopping mall area around our hotel?

From your hotel, you can easily reach Tsing Fung Street, King's Road stop where you can find bus 102 to take you to reach Shantung Street, Nathan Road stop. Then you can walk to reach Ladies Market.
If you want to go shopping, I think Causeway Bay area is highly recommended for you. You may need to take MTR from Tin Hau to this Causeway Bay Station.
