Do I need to pay the fare to Shuttle bus if I have plane ticket to show to the driver...I am going to Manila From Hongkong VIA Cebu Pacific...also what is Free In-town Check-in Service

If you take the free shuttle bus of the airport express, it is no need to pay the fare. For the free in-town check-in service, it means that you can directly check in at HK Station instead of going to HKIA and the check in service is free.
