climate in nov in taiwan

Question

Hi, I intends to go taiwan during Nov as I notice the low volume of rainfall and temp is cool. As I have not decide which part of Taiwan I be going, is there any special/interesting events happening during this period? And which part of Taiwan is best to go during end of Nov?

Hotspring Season in Nantou is a good place to enjoy, but I suggest you to go there in the middle of November. Three parts in Taiwan have their own characteristics. If you have enough time, you can cover all of them. If the time is not permitted, Taipei is the must-go place.
