Hi I will be Qingdao from 14-21 April, how will be the weather? What clothing are sufficient ?

I read the latest weather forecast which says that it will be cloudy during these days. The average temperature can be around 12C, so you may feel a little cool then. I suggest you take along a relatively thick jacket, light sweater and jeans. For the elderly, woolen sweater will be needed as well.
