Where to go for good "reasonable" seafood in HK? How many places can you see in Hk for 2 days?

Saigon and Lamma are the best places to have the seafood. There you will have many choices with different quality and price.
For two day trip, I most recommend Disneyland, Ngong Ping 360 and Giant Buddha, Ocean Park and the peak.0
