Are there long-distance buses in Pingyao? We need to get to Luoyang but the train tickets are not available.

There is one direct train running between. Do you fail to get the train ticket? But I don't find the direct long-distance bus between.
Anyway, I suggest you take a bus to Taiyuan first, which is about 1.5 hour's driving distance from PY. Then go to Taiyuan Long-distance Bus Station to take a direct bus to Luoyang and the travel journey takes 5.5-6h.
