Huashuiwan hot spring , foothill xiling snow mountain

Is there snow at Huashuiwan in December? Is there any outdoor hot spring in winter (like japanese onsen) at Huashuiwan?

It is hard to see the snow at Huashuiwan unless you go to climb the Xiling Snow Mountain.
As far as I know, there are outdoor hot springs in Huashuiwan, but I am not very clear about whether it is still open during winter time.
