Please help me with my visa problem

I am from Nigeria and need an urgent help. my old passport which my X-visa was issued in has expired and before they will issue me a new one on the new passport i obtained from the Nigerian embassy they need me to exit and re-enter china. I don't know what to do as I have just 11days resident permit left on my old passport. I dont know how to exit china and back in 24hours, seems any country i want to exit to needs visa. Please help thanks

I am not sure if you can succeed. Actually, you can go to HK and get back immediately. It is regarded as "exit and reenter China". You can submit your application for visiting HK to the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) in Beijing.

can i enter hongkong same day and exit hongkong same day without visa to hongkong.. Is the airline going to allow me board the plane? Your advice is highly appreciated

Nope, you need to apply one from the address I mentioned above.
