I bought a ticket by train, but I need to return it. Is it possible to get back money for this ticket ?

Yes, of course.
If you bought at the railway station, you can go to the railway to return the ticket and can get the money back. But you cannot get all the ticket fare back and a small amount of service charge will be deducted.
If you bought online you just return online.
