About:China Work Visa

If my partner is a citizen in china, do i need to apply for a working visa to legally work in china.

If not, can she applies one for me or i have to find a local company to sponsor me?

Yes, a Z type is needed if you work legally in China. I am afraid that she might not apply for you. You need to find other ways.
