About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

Hi i am going to Meizhou from guangzhou on the 15 april do i need to buy ticket in advance?

Hi, you can take either train or bus to travel this journey. If by train, it is suggsted to buy the ticket in advance. If by bus, you can go to the local Tianhe Bus Station to catch the bus directly.
As I know, direct buses for the journey are frequently scheduled at Tianhe Bus Station from 06:55 to 20:55 every around 25min and the last bus leaves at 22:40.

Hi....thanks for the reply.

Now i have a main concern as now China is facing with the new bird flu strain and lots of birds and ducks are having the sickness...is it still safe to travel there now as i am leaving by this saturday already. And am i suspose to avoid all the chicken and meats?

Pls advice me asap as i am travelling with my elderly parents.

Don't worry much about that! Currently, it is still clean at GZ and the surrounding areas. Besides, the local government is trying to carry out measures and making vaccine to prevent that. So as long as there are chickens in the market, you can surely eat. Take easy! Wish you and your parents a good trip~
