About:Hong Kong Travel

im staying at city garden hotel in hong kong. Is my boarding pass enough to get on the free shuttle

I see people saying that you need to buy an airport express ticket? Does this same service pick us up and take us back to the airport too?

The free shuttle buses are provided for the passengers who take the Airport Express to reach HK Station or Kowloon Station, so it is not allowed to take the free shuttle buses if you do not take the airport express.
The service pick you up from your hotel to HK Station and then you can take the airport express to reach the HKIA directly.
