About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

Any cheap hotel (from 100 to 150 rmb) around the Hangzhou Airport area.

Any shuttle or bus service to Ningbo after 12 midnight

No shuttle buses to Ningbo after 12 midnight. I suggest you to take the bullet trains to reach Ningbo direct in about 2 hours.
Konin Hotel Xiaoshan Airport, which is about 0.5km from the airport is suggested for you.
