What is the closer airport to Shanghai International Study University,Pudong or Hongqiao?

What is the best way to go from both airport to the University for female international student alone?

Hongqiao Airport is closer to the university. You can take subway line 2 either from Pudong or Hongqiao Airport and get off at People's Square. Then transfer to subway line 8 to Quyang Road Station and walk along Dalian West Road for about several minutes to the university.
