train from HK going to Fuzhou?
how much it will cost me and how long is the travel?

There is no direct train from HK to Fuzhou. You can take the East Rail Line to Lo Wu and pass through Luohu Border to get into Shenzhen. Then take train from Shenzhen to Fuzhou, but there is only one direct train between them and it takes over 18 hours. I advise you take flight for this journey.
