is there a free airport bus shutter to east hotel in hong kong island.

No, indeed u can take the MTR (Airport Express Train) from Airport Station to HK Station.. Walk to Central MTR station, from Central Station go to Tai Koo Station and disembark here. U are at the walking distance to East Hotel..
