About:China High Speed Train

What kinds of fastest trains I should take from Hong Kong to Lhasa through Lanzhou ?

Are sleeping compartments in the trains for 2 persons for journeys over 10 hours ?
Could I have any proposals for this trip with details of the relative trains with schedule (time table) ?
If train connections for my above requested route is not available. What routing is available from Hong Kong to
Lhasa ?

Taking train is not a good choice, try Hongkong - Guangzhou - Lhasa, tickets from to Guangzhou to Lhasa are hard to get. There are soft sleeper cabin, which holds 4 passengers.
