About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

can i turn in application for someone else?

i am traveling for business with several work associates. We all have our passports and our requirement forms. Am i allowed to turn them in for my work associates as well as myself?

Yes, sure. You can submit applications to the office on their behalf and collect passports as well.
