How many days before the actual travel dates can it be procured if needed?what is meant by Group Visa?  For family of 4 can i get one or do i need 4 individual visas?

Yes, you should apply in advance before visit. The best time for application should be one month prior to the departure date. Your family need to apply 4 individual visas. Because the Group one is issued to a group with tour organized by a travel agency, and the official invitation letter and group application form are required.
