About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Langham Place Hongkong (Address:Shanghai Street, Mongkok, Kowloon)

Will the free shuttle bus drop us off at the Langham Place? Or will it only drop off at the hotels on the list?

No, the free shuttle bus only drop off at the hotels on the list. It won't stop at the Langham place. After off the airport express train, you can take a taxi in about 10 minutes to the hotel.
