About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I came in on a z visa but my employer breached my contract by intimidation.

They continue to intimidate me by asking for 22,000RMB for the release letter. I have new employers interested in taking me on but I need the realease letter. I have only 14 days left on my Z. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that, but as I know, the release letter is required for application if you want to change the company. So, please visit the local PSB asap for suggestions.
