she is applying for the residency card in China and the govt is asking her to renew her passport.Does she have to go in person to apply or can it be processed through filling out an passport form? If so, where can I download the form and how much money and the proper add. for submitting the form?Another question. Is there any Canadian consulates in or nearby Yanji?
