transportation on lantau island

Hi all, Im planning to get to the Big Buddha with NgongPing Cable car from the Tung Chung Mrt and coming back down by bus to Citygate Outlet before I head back with Tungchung Mrt. I will do a online booking on the cable car to avoid queing and much hassles, but will taking a bus down from the hill to Citygate Outlet be a problem? Is it normally packed and long queues? And how.long does the ride down to Citygate outlets?. Thx.

It is not a problem to take the bus go to to the Tung Chung Station to visit the Citygate. The whole journey takes around 50 to 60 minutes and you may need to wait for the bus for some time, but it will not take so long.
