About:Guangzhou Bus Stations

Bus or Taxi from Airport to Xinyi

Hi, I would like to know which is the best mode of transport for 3-4 of us from Guangzhou airport to Xinyi city?
If it's bus, which terminal is the most convenient? Thanks

Do you refer to the Xinyi city near Maoming city?
If so, you can take the airport express line 1 to reach its terminal at Civil Aviation Ticket Office near the local railway station. Then you can walk to reach the Provincal Bus Terminal near the railway station to take the direct buses for Xinyi directly.

Candy, thanks for the information,
Yes, it's Xinyi city near Maoming City.
Would you also know the frequency of the buses?
I'm arriving at the airport at 13.25hrs and hope to reach Xinyi City on the same day.
Any idea what is the travelling time by bus?
I'm travelling in a group of 3. Perhaps it's not too expensive to travel by cab.

As I know, Xinyi city is around 330km from GZ city and it may take around 6hours. And the buses between the two cities are scheduled from 07:45 to 20:40 every 15-40min and the last bus leaves at 22:00 from the Provincial Bus Station. So you can reach your destination within a day.
However, it is suggested not to take a taxi. The taxi fare would be very high for the 330km driving distance.
