will huanglong scenic area be closed in mid november?

I am planning to visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong in mid November. Will Huanglong scenic area be closed by that time? Thanks.

Usually, Huanglong Scenic area are closed from November 16 yearly till the next end of March.

Hi, as long as the weather is normal, it would be open on your travel date. It is suggested to travel in the late October or early November.
