About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Do Pakistani tourists need an invitation to get L visa to visit Beijing and Shanghai in June 2013?

I am a History teacher and head and every summer tour a country. I was amazed to learn we cannot visit without an invitation. What about tourists like us who can only visit in June/July during the summer break and do not have friends or relatives there?

You need to contact a travel agency and travel in group. Generally, the agencies are able to send you an invitation letter for group visa application. You can confirm this with the embassy directly if necessary.

But I am traveling with my daughter and a friend. Must wwe attach ourselves with a group? How do I make one? And does that mean we take the whole trip with them?

How many of you will travel together? generally, a group with more than 5 members is able to be issued a group tourist visa. Try to contact an agency like this one for tour arrangement, and ask for an invitation letter for application.
