from international hk airport to shenzhen noth station by subway

I will arrive to Internationational HK airport, the I need to take the High speed train on SZ North Station. Could someone tell me what is the best and short way to get it, by MTR?Should I go to Lok Ma Chau station or Lo Wu station?

You can take bus A43 from the airport to Sheung Shui and transfer to MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu Station. Then pass through Luohu Border and walk to Luohuo subway station to take subway line 1. Transfer to subway line 4 at the Convention and Exhibition Center and stop at the North Railway Station.
