tracking a package from china to canada

Can you tell me where my package is? it was supposedly shipped march 13,2013 tracking number is RB120209780CN. when can i expect the package

The information online shows that it is in Guangzhou now and the information was updated on March 19, so I think you may need to wait at least for two to three weeks.
