Binhai Road & Bathing Paradise in April in Dalian

1) Binhai Road - how do I see this place after reaching Haizhiyun Square ? Do I just walk around ? How big is this place ?

2) Bathing Paradise - Will people visit in April ? Will it still be too cold ?

The square is on the northeast part of Binhai Road, so when you get to the square, just walk around to find the road. I suggest you to ask local people to find the road directly.

For the bathing paradise, July to August is the best time. It is still a little bit cold in April for bathing.
