Is the bank inside xiamen airport still open almost midnight? Need to have money changed.

Where is it located in the arrival area of the international airport?

Near the Boarding Gate 12 in Quarantine Area and Domestic Arrival Hall, you can find banks to exchange monney.
For the operation time, it is hard to say. I suggest you to call 0592-96363 for asking the detail information.
