How's the weather in hangzhou by end November i.e. 22 November onwards? cold? or extremely cold ???

It is a little bit cold. If you are afraid of the cold weather, you can take a thin sweater and a coat. If you are not afraid of the cold weather, you can take jeans and T-shirts as well as a thick coat. If you meet the rainy days, it will be cold.
