Do any bank in Shanghai accept Philippine peso for exchange to CNY?

Hi, you can exchange the pesos to CNY at the nerby Bank of China. The nearest one from your hotel should be about 250m away, Zhabei District branch. It is located in the east of Modern Communication Business Mansion (Xiandai Jiaotong Shangwu Dasha), No. 218, Hengfeng Road.
